About the Job


The Lake Tapawingo Police Department is accepting applications for this position. The administrative assistant will work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. This position is to assist the Chief of Police and Department with administrative duties along with the following: A) Take walk-in reports at station B) Assist citizens with information C) Keep and take code enforcement reports. Along with, keeping letters and reports, files, and conclusions of these complaints. D) Keep office and supplies stocked for police department E) Records maintenance for police department F) All other duties assigned by Chief of Police This position requires strict confidentiality, computer skills, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions. The applicant must be able to pass: 1. Background Check 2. Drug Test 3. Psychological Test 4. Oral Board 5. Excellent driving background Past experience in office setting a positive for this position!
